We're here to answer any question that you might have about our products, our website or an order already placed.  We are here to help you with whatever you need:

How do I place an order?
Ordering a product from our website is quick and easy.  After you select the item you desire, you just click on checkout and the system will walk you through the steps needed in obtaining your item desired.
 
  • Mail Orders:  Please print the Offline order form and send it to C&C Treasures at 140 Field Brook Drive, Clemmons, NC 27012.  Please do not forget to attach a check or money order with the Offline Order Form.  All orders by mail that do not have payment enclosed will not be processed.

  • Please allow an additional 7 days for the check to clear, before the order is to be shipped.
 
 
Can I change my order at any time?
Orders are processed typically in 24-48 hours after they are placed.  We can change an order if it has not been shipped out yet.
 
How do I cancel an order?
Please have your order number handy when contacting customer service.  If your order has not been shipped we can cancel your order.
 
Can I add or remove items to an order I've already placed?
Please have your order number when contacting customer service.  If your item has not been shipped out yet, we can add or remove items from your order.
 
What should I do if I receive a wrong order?
It is very unlikely this would happen as we physically inspect each order before it is shipped, but if this were to occur, please contact customer service so we may correct this immediately.  You are not responsible for the second order shipped.
 
When will my order ship?
Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order.  We ship orders Monday - Friday.  if you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

How do I return an order?
All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Please email customer service and we will issure you a RMA number and you can send that item back to us.  However, you are responsible to the shipping and handling fees and a 5% restocking fee.  All items must be sent back in the original packaging.
 
When can I expect my refund?
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned package.  Generally you may receive your refund within 7 - 10 business days.
