Weare proud to stand 100% behind out products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service and return for a refund.
- All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received the wrong merchandise.

- Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7 - 10 business days of our receipt of the merchandise.

- A 10% return fee may apply in the case of a wrong item ordered by the client.

- A 10% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.

- All non-defective items returned must be in the original complete packaging.
We recomend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is to refund the purchase price of the merchandise.

Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. if you place and order on a weekend day or national holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
